It has been prepared in accordance with Article 13 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller" published in the Official Gazette by the Personal Data Protection Board dated 10/03/2018.

C. Our Response to Your Application:

Data controller Tuncer Makina Kalıp firm can accept your application or give a rejection answer by explaining the reason. We will notify you of our response to your application in writing or electronically. Our data controller concludes the requests in the application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee determined by KVKK may be charged. If your application request is accepted as a data subject, our data controller will fulfill your request as soon as possible and inform you.

Although my personal data has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant laws, I want my personal data to be deleted.

I want my personal data, which I think is incomplete and wrongly processed, to be corrected by the third parties to whom it was transferred.
